This class is intentionally late in the evening to serve as a great start to your workday or week with an opportunity to drop loads of tension and deeply stretch every corner of your body over time.
Significantly improve your joint and overall flexibility, mobility, breathing and even strengthen the body – all in a relaxed environment. Take the stress out of your yoga and begin to recognize how much actual effort is required to be in your body and to do anything. De-stressing and learning to relax is a practise much like anything else.
This class requires a simple willingness to do the mostly pleasurable work of making room in your body, so that it’s a comfortable place to be. Join us and see for yourself!
