From the moment you step into my beautiful studio space, you will know you are about to experience something out of the ordinary.
This inviting, nurturing space is dedicated to you, to your coming fully alive and becoming fully present.
The vision –
A premier destination for holistic fitness
My vision for DreamYogaDance is two-fold:
… First, to establish a beautiful venue which serves as the home-base for the work I most love – helping you expand your potential through the wisdom of your body, via dreamwork, yoga and dance.
… Second, to create a vibrant community hub for other leading teachers wishing to host weekly classes and other events that complement and extend the studio’s current offerings. We are actively creating a synergistic network of independent teachers and practitioners whose work is promoted through the studio.
Building on my extensive teaching experience in a variety of venues, I am now so pleased to offer specialty classes at my own studio in Toronto’s east end community, focused on:
In addition to my weekly class schedule, I offer private and customized small group yoga and dance sessions at the studio or at your space, to advance your personal practice or for special occasions.
As well I offer private sessions in dreamwork – a brilliant, practical and transformational tool for personal growth where we work with your nocturnal dreams to understand their significance in your waking life.
You won’t find 60 classes per week on our studio schedule. What you will find is a quality, immersive experience with personal attention and special touches (a complimentary cup of herbal tea awaits you at the door!) intended to engage your whole self – body, mind, heart and soul.
Welcoming and inclusive, DreamYogaDance is a place that honours the spirit of community.
In addition to core weekly yoga and freestyle dance classes with Julia Ray, choose from a growing roster of ongoing weekly classes offered by our extended community of teachers, such as Allowing Meditation with Simon Esler and Pre & Post Natal Yoga with Sabrina Tosi-Creet.
Participate in monthly Dreamsharing Circles and Kirtan Circles, and attend other events, including workshops and concerts, hosted by some of Toronto’s leading teachers, musicians and healers.
↝ Run weekly classes or host your own event
We are conveniently located near the Carrot Common health and wellness hub on Danforth Avenue, just across from Chester subway station (view our map and address).
We look forward to welcoming you here!
