Once a month on the Second Sunday evening a group of people from the Toronto area gather together to explore the world of dreams. They meet in “The Cave of Remembered Dreams”, also known as the DreamYogaDance Studio. These meetings have two functions — they allow participants a chance to explore and share their own dreams in a contained and supportive environment, and they also provide an ideal opportunity for developing and practising dreamworking skills under the guidance of Toronto dreamworker and teacher Christopher Sowton.
